Order fulfilment / Pre-configuration
Please let us know if you would like us to configure your devices before shipping. We are very happy to help with this. ESC Telemetry Converter needs to right firmware for your setup (radio and esc), you can do this yourself with our bootloader - but we can do this for you prior to shipping - just leave a note at check out with your desired configuration.

European Customs Charges
As a result of the UK leaving the EU customs union all packages sent to an EU member state will be liable for import charges. This is sadly beyond our control. Typical rates in the vary from 20-24%, and this will be charged on the order value including shipping. We have seen the orders via DHL are also attracting sizeable handling fees as well (we would recommend using standard shipping at this time).
As RCLightSystems is NOT VAT registered we are unable to 'deduct' VAT for export orders or provide a VAT receipt for UK orders. We are looking into this at the moment to see how we can best serve our customers.
US Tariff charges
The UK is subject to a flat rate 10% tariff charge for all items entering the US. We have integrated this into the store and the tariff tax is added at the final check out stage (applies only to products and not to shipping).
